El Limonar International School is a private fee-paying bilingual school, founded in 1990 and governed by a permanent Board of Directors. The student population is comprised of over 15 nationalities although the majority of students are Spanish. El Limonar’s main Infant and Primary/Secondary sites are on the outskirts of Murcia. Two new 2 sites in La Manga and in Torrevieja (Alicante) opened in 1998 and currently cater for 3 - 8 year old pupils.

We provide a bilingual integrated programme of study, which promotes cultural interaction between English and Spanish. We offer a child-centred curriculum which is structured to provide first hand experiences and challenge in a stimulating positive school environment, encouraging self-esteem, autonomy and social responsibility.
